At LBCC, you never go alone. Our navigators and advisors are there with you every step of the way.

Your Success Team

You are assigned your own success team after completing new student orientation, which will include a navigator and an advisor (learn more about their different roles below).

There are two ways to view and contact your success team in Watermark:

Option 1: Log into My LB and open Watermark.
Option 2: Download the Watermark app on your phone (get download instructions at Student Tech Support).

If you don’t see your navigator or advisor listed, or if you are assigned to "The Advising Center," please contact us (see card at the top of the page). We’d be glad to assist you!

Navigators

Navigators stick with you from your first term all the way to your end goal. They are the perfect resource for help navigating college processes (like registration and accessing supports). Think of them as your personal concierge for your LBCC experience, always ready to answer any question (if they don't know the answer, they know who does). Navigators are assigned by your starting meta major.

Advisors

Academic advisors serve as your guide to help set educational goals and to chart a path to graduation or transfer to a four-year university. They can help you explore majors and careers to fit you and your goals and prepare for and find employment. Your physical, mental, and social health are also important for your academic success. Our advisors support your life balance to achieve your goals and overcome obstacles.
